Returning Policy
1. Notify us about the defect/unwanted product by contacting KIERA SELBE care.
2. Wait for KIERA SELBEcare to respond and confirm your return product.
3. Pack and send the product back to us with a tracking code.
4. Wait for the product to arrive
5. KIERA SELBE will inspect the product and transfer back the money.
Returning Instruction
1. The items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The returned item must send to KIERA SELBE within 30 days counting from the day of purchase.
3. The returned item must be in the original condition, without scratches or wear.
4. For promotional material, customer must return it with the product otherwise we will reduce the refund amount.
5. Personalize product are not refundable except when the defects occur from the manufacturing.
